The tshirt suited me very well. The designed of the Venom emblem gives a high contrast of both black and white. Highly recommended for Spiderman fans.

I had this shirt before. I love it. The only thing that would irk me about it was the comments I would receive. "Dude cool Venom Shirt!" the general response. In an attempt to avoid long discussions I would often hang my head. The true origin of this symbol dates back to the timeline in which Venom first appeared. While tied to the Venom character it is not solely posessed by it. During the Secret Wars saga, Spider-man chose a group of elite superheroes to join forces with him in what was esentially a series of intergalactic war-games. One of these characters was Spider-woman who wore a black and white suit bearing this symbol. Spider-man develops slight feelings for this Spider-woman and when the sybiote merges with Peter Parker it senses these feelings and replicates the design of Spider-woman's suit minus the white arms, legs and mask. After being shed and merging with Eddie Brock the symbiote retained this symbol.
