first off, i love popeye. i really liked the color scheme they decided to go with on the buckle. it's pretty true to what i remember from the cartoons. the only thing i didn't like was that the picture provided made it look like the outline of the face was black (for a more cartoony appeal) but when i opened it up; it was chrome. there are minor color shade differences from he picture to what you actually get but it's pretty close. this is the only reason i am giving it a 4 star rating. even with this surprise, i'm not complaining. it's still a good solid buckle and has a good weight to it. good workmanship; nice and clean on the back of the buckle. a good buy overall.
