My daughter saw this Where the Wild Things Are t-shirt on the web. She really like it because it was yellow. When she went to bed, I went back and ordered it for her for Christmas. I ordered 7 things from Amazon that evening. A few days later, I realized that I had received an e-mail of confirmation for all my orders except for the yellow t-shirt I ordered from the TV Store Online. I called them to make sure they got my order. The man who answered the phone was short and surly. He abruptly put me on hold, then came back and barked into the phone that the order was going out today. Then he hung up on me. Nice customer service. Then when the t-shirt arrived, it was not yellow but off white. I thought maybe it was just a poor quality photo that made the t-shirt look yellow (since the rest of the operation wasn't first class, I figured they wouldn't give much time or thought to the photo quality either). When I went back to read the description again, it said LIGHT YELLOW. I was not surprised. They can't send a confirmation. They have poor customer service. They can't get an order right. Three strikes. Save your money or shop somewhere else.
