Love the Skin you're InAug 02, 2010

This is NOT a cheap shirt. It is made to stand up to all the pressures of time travel, allowing you to kick it just like the Dr. would. When you consider the "what" behind that particular version of "who," that's quite the compliment. It is also quite the accessory for those fans of both the old and the new series, allowing them to bathe in the nostalgia of a time period when time simply doesn't matter.
I really like that - I can buy something for myself, let my Dad wear it, buy it for my mom, and so on down the list.
There is no fading to be had here, either, and that really shocked me. I was expecting a scratch and peel piece since I oftentimes get those, but the shirt simply defied all those wonderful blunderful hazards. It made me happy, too, and i think that is the best thing about it - because the Dr is all about making one happy.
Hooray, Dr. now if they would only come out with a real Tardis and a Dr. to kick it with.

"Who" Do You Love?Sep 18, 2009

I have fond memories of coming home from elementary school in the early 1980's and watching the latest (at least in the US) episode of "Doctor Who" on PBS. The local public broadcasting station gave me a healthy dose of Tom Baker as the beloved Doctor, and then played a dirty trick on me by showing a few of the Jon Pertwee adventures. At the time I wasn't aware that the Doctor regenerated (or that Pertwee actually came before Baker). As I got older, the good Doctor was relegated to Saturday evenings and I managed to see all seven of the classic Doctors, Peter Davison becoming my favorite.
Jump forward into the new century (and breeze by the made-for-TV movie featuring Paul McGann), and I learned that the Doctor was regenerating once again in the form of Christopher Eccleston. I was so happy to see my beloved Doctor return to the screen. When David Tennant took over duties in the TARDIS, he quickly moved up to second place as one of my favorite Doctors.
Now I have this wonderful t-shirt to show off my Whovian pride. It features soft cotton structure, a deep "TARDIS" blue color, and a simple drawing of the beloved police call box topped off by the revived series logo. It doesn't scream, "I LOVE DOCTOR WHO!!!," but it does let any passersby know that you're a fan of the show.
Highly recommended to fans of "Doctor Who" and anyone who wants to look like an intelligent science fiction fan.

A must have for the subtle, suave Who fanJan 11, 2009
By Tonks Baggins This is the essential T-shirt for the older, less attention grabbing Doctor Who fan. If the Who fanatic on your list does not wish to go around with a T-shirt telling people that they will EXTERMINATE! the world, this is the article of clothing for them. It subtly tells people that they like Doctor Who without making them look like they want the world to be destroyed by Daleks. This is also a very reasonable price, especially for Who fans from across the pond.

Not so blue shirtJul 15, 2011
By M. Thomas This shirt is black, not blue. Maybe if you hold it in the light and tilt your head just right, it maybe might appear sort of really dark blue. But if that's cool with you, it's a fine shirt, other than also being a bit too long. The quality of the material is good, the print on the shirt is fine too. It's just much darker than the picture here appears.
