It was flatten when it came out of the package. I tried to reshape it but it has a hard time. If you are good you can slip it on your head with the air inside puffy out the dents or flat spots. The rubber ear flaps are kind of annoying. They flipped out sometimes, but I think you need it to keep conehead on your head. It smells a lot like rubber but that's what it is made out of. Durable, I can't see how I would accidentally rip it. This would last me a life time. Though my ears froze trick r treating with it, maybe ear muffs next time.

Poorly packaged this product was severely creased upon opening. After multiple attempts..even heating it and putting weight on it...never came out. Junk...dont buy it.

good product, made your head sweat though, lol.... shipping made it double in price, but i live in alaska, so that is common. overall, good product, but will be hard to keep on all night.
